Family History

I am reading my Great Uncle Eugene's autobiography. He had so many cool adventures. He traveled over Europe by himself for months on a tight budget. He was living in Germany during Kristallnacht and took pictures. His camera was later confiscated. He also smuggled a passport into Germany another time.
Before all of this he worked on freighters. There were stories of rats, rejected prostitutes and beautiful exotic places.
He did it all before he was 22.

Also when he was 12ish he built a working sailboat out of a cheap rowboat.

Life can be so cool. Adventure is out there.
