Working out is supposed to feel good.

A trick is that sometimes you have to work harder to feel better. 

Some kinds of exercise are easier to work harder at than others.

For example, split lunge jumps. The more I do of those the harder they get. 


I went running the other day though. I did a lot more than I thought I could and I felt so warm, fuzzy and happy the rest of the day.

It was hard. It was very hard, but it was a lot less stressful than Blogilates PIIT, which is what I have been doing for cardio.
