Merits of Christ

"And since man had fallen, he could not merit anything of himself, but the sufferings and death of Christ atone for their sins." - Alma 22:14

"And if ye believe on His name ye will repent of all your sins, that thereby ye may have a remission of them through His merits." Helaman 14:13

"Yea, thus we see that the gate of heaven is open unto all, even to those who will believe on the name of Jesus Christ, who is the Son of God." Helaman 3:28

"He hath granted unto us that we might repent of these things,... and taken away the guilt from our hearts, through the merits of his Son." - Alma 24:10

"Relying alone upon the merits of Christ, who was the author and the finisher of their faith." - Moroni 6:4

"And no unclean thing can enter into his kingdom; therefore nothing entereth into his rest save it be those who have washed their garments in my blood, because of their faith, and the repentance of all their sins, and their faithfulness unto the end.
Now this is the commandment: Repent, all ye ends of the earth, and come unto me and be baptized in my name, that ye may be sanctified by the reception of the Holy Ghost, that ye may stand spotless before me at the last day." - 3 Nephi 27:19 - 20
